Indigenous Rights

We welcome papers that deal with indigenous rights on a national, regional and/or international level. Of particular interest are papers dealing with the operation and intersection of regional and international instruments on the rights of indigenous peoples, as regional bodies appear to be a growing influence in the field of indigenous rights. Also welcomed are papers that deal with the intersection of indigenous rights with other areas of law, such as indigenous rights and family law, indigenous rights and international economic law, and indigenous rights and environmental law.
